Strawberry Cultivation & Harvesting Workers

TUGA Recruitment is looking for experienced Strawberry Cultivation and Harvesting Workers, particularly candidates from the Huelva region in Spain, for potential employment opportunities in the Netherlands. We are seeking motivated, reliable and hardworking individuals with previous experience in strawberry farming, cultivation, harvesting and agricultural production. Main Responsibilities: - Harvest strawberries carefully, ensuring product quality. - Select, sort and pack strawberries according to quality standards. - Assist with planting, cultivation and crop maintenance. - Monitor strawberry ripeness and identify damaged fruit. - Maintain clean and organised working areas. - Follow hygiene, food safety and workplace safety procedures. - Work efficiently to achieve daily production targets. Mandatory: - EU citizenship or valid authorisation to work in the Netherlands. - Previous practical experience in strawberry cultivation and/or harvesting. - Good physical condition and ability to perform repetitive agricultural tasks. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required. - Reliability, motivation and teamwork skills. - Updated CV highlighting previous agricultural experience. Preferred: - Candidates from Huelva, Spain, or surrounding agricultural regions. - Previous experience with intensive strawberry production. - Basic English communication skills. - Driving licence (Category B). - Previous international agricultural work experience.
