Technician: Operator PCBA (3 shifts)

As a Technical Operator, you will run an assigned production line or workstation, independently completing scheduled production orders and ensuring machines run smoothly. Key responsibilities include machine operation and setup, soldering rework or assembly if required, manual electronics assembly, functional testing, and conducting visual and manual quality inspections.

- Technical background and/or experience as an operator is a must - Ambition to work with machines with a high level of automation - Pro-active attitude and good work ethic - Ability to work in a diverse team - Precise and accurate with a sound understanding for quality - Able to communicate in English - Willingness to work in a 3-shift weekly schedule
