1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the website remember information between pages or visits — for example, that you are signed in.

2. Cookies we use

On www.tugarecruitment.com (all visitors and candidates):

All these cookies are first-party cookies: they are set by our own website, are not shared with anyone and are not used to track you across other websites.

3. Why we do not ask for consent

Under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (article 11.7a) and the EU ePrivacy rules, consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for — such as signing in, or remembering a preference you set. Since these are the only cookies we use, we show an informative notice instead of a consent request.

If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before placing them, with an option to refuse that is as easy as accepting.

4. How to manage cookies

You can view and delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and block them for this website. If you block or delete tuga_token, you will be signed out and will not be able to use the candidate area. The other cookies only store preferences: without them the website still works, but will not remember your choices.
