As a Field Coordinator, you manage hands-on operations across the Netherlands to ensure international team members have a smooth transition and comfortable stay. Responsibilities include greeting newcomers at the airport, furnishing and maintaining SNF-certified homes, installing smart tech (thermostats, digital safes), handling minor repairs, keeping company cars maintained and road-ready, and tracking inventory and team communications using tools like Monday.com.
