Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role within the Quality team and ensure quality assurance within the logistics department. You will provide hands-on support for quality issues, lead problem-solving initiatives, and actively contribute to improvement projects. Core responsibilities include performing incoming inspections, inventory checks, and quality audits across logistics work centers; acting as the primary point of contact for non-conforming goods in the packaging department; planning, executing, and coordinating inspections of packaged goods and incoming materials; documenting and managing non-conforming goods; supporting root-cause analyses and corrective measures; sharing quality knowledge and coaching logistics staff; and collaborating with Quality Engineering, Logistics, and Production teams.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or high-tech environment - Vocational education (MBO) - Strong attention to detail and discipline to follow work instructions strictly - Quality-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement - Experience with mechanical and electronic components - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and datasheets - Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude - Proactive, problem-solving mindset and motivation to lead root-cause analyses - Flexibility in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
